Property Registry

Those in charge of the government offices need tools to take care of the legal security of the right to property through the surveys approval and filing, which are the basis for the deeds of transfer.

The tools developed with such aim are known as System for the Property Registry and consider the updated of an official public registry, on which the property rights on the real estate assets are recorded for general knowledge as well as the other real rights they may be subject to.

As the deeds of transfer take place on the real estate or parcels where they are built, it is necessary to integrate this system and the cadastre one so that all the information is consistent.

The experience of our consultants in the design and development of these systems give the projects an added value which enabled our customers to face the systematization process of these government offices without difficulties.

Under this concept, we have designed administration applications of several provinces of the Republic of Argentina, where it is worthy to mention that the most important of them is the computerization of the Real Estate Property Registry of the Province of Córdoba.
